An absolute must if you only have two hands!

These Wago 221 lever nuts are simply brilliant. One of the great advantages is that they work well with thin and thin stranded wires when combined with large solid wires. Leverless wire nuts do not do this. Threaded Wire Nuts _can_, but it's tricky enough that I'm not 100% sure of the results when using Threaded Wire Nuts for anything other than just connecting 2 or 3 solid wires. Lever Nuts 221 are also great for those awkward situations where you need one hand to hold the light, two hands to hold the wires, and a fourth hand to tighten old-school nuts. The 221 nuts allow you to pre-install the nuts on either side, open the levers in the empty slots, and then insert the final wires and close the levers with one hand while the other hand supports or hangs the mount. Stairs, flashlight, whatever. This is especially handy if you have 2-3 wires in the box that need to be connected to the wire going to the bracket: you can pre-install the nut on the wires in the box, leaving an empty slot for the wire that from there comes the fortification. And you can remove/replace a cable from any size connector without having to unplug the rest of the connector. I really can't say enough good things about her. They're expensive (especially in small quantities) compared to twist-ons, but definitely worth it. I liked them so much I bought full boxes of all three sizes to stock my handy tote bag when they ran out.
