I have ordered the same product from two different brands. THIS brand came with parts loose in the box, no plastic wrap or anything, with some dirt stains and a piece of dried leaf stuck in a collapsing hopper. Absolutely rude. Then I think the listing on Revain says "BPA Free" and such, I look at the box (there is no product documentation in it) and it says "No Harm". Made in China so I'm guessing they can get away with that? I doubt their use; I have a feeling they are hardly food safe and may have been used and then tossed back in the box and resold. The other brand of Revain (looks identical) was well packaged and clean with the packaging saying BPA free. So you win - I make a lot of fruit chips from organic fruit so I wanted two sets. I will never buy this brand again.
