I like that it allows me to keep track of my employees' internet usage, which is helpful for tracking bandwidth usage as well as employee productivity. It's also easy to set up with little training or cost involved in order to get started using this program. The interface can be difficult at first, but becomes easier after you've used it for awhile. This software has allowed us to monitor our workers' internet use without them being aware of what we are doing. We have been able to see how much time they spend browsing the web versus working during their breaks.
