So fast, efficient and reliable monitoring tool!! I highly recommend this.

The best part about LightY was its great documentation which allowed me as an SDn developer who has been using Cacti for some years now transition very smoothly from cactus into this new tool! Nothing really at least yet since I am still exploring it but so far everything looks good though nothing much have came up that would make people dislike or stop us liking their product because there's no such thing unfortunately till date!! If you are looking outfor one solution then give them try they…

Pros
  • It provides lot more data than what is possible in most cases to achieve through traditional way.Its easy & user friendly interface can be use by anyone, even if beginner level person too.It runs fast even better compared compared against others ,like nagios. Also support team helped solve almost every technical issue quickly
Cons
  • Some bugs related dofferent versions may occur sometime

Solid open source solution especially good in cases of dynamic routing

Lighty is very well documented. There are multiple tutorials available to guide you for various tasks. It's also easy to deploy. Support from Panthion is always there when needed. Deployment can be tricky if you're not familiar with Linux command line. We wanted to use Lighty as an ingress controller for our network. Since we were using docker, it was difficult to integrate into our existing infrastructure. This was resolved by using lighty. While deploying lighty as an ingress controller, we…

Pros
  • Documentation
  • Easy deployment just copy one file in /etc/lighttpd directory
Cons
  • Empty

Easy and flexible routing in OpenBSD

I like that it's open source software with an active community behind developing new features for their project. It offers many different ways to configure your network interface devices/drivers which can be tedious if you have too much configuration options without knowing where they are working or not! A lot more work than expected when configuring multiple interfaces / drivers at once but maybe this depends from what type of hardware we're talking about here? Maybe some users would find…

Pros
  • Very simple GUI tool offering good visual feedback during creation process + very user friendly UI design = win win situation : )
Cons
  • Nothing really comes into

I really like how easy it was for my team members to get started with LightInspector once we installed their agent into our network devices! The UI could be improved as some options are not easily visible or accessible from one screen/tab vs another - this makes troubleshooting difficult when working remotely at times. We have enabled many features within minutes rather than days / weeks which saves time spent onboarding new employees who would otherwise need training up before they can use…

Pros
  • Easy to set up and quickly add or edit rules within our network devices
Cons
  • Some of our devices are on IPv6 which makes troubleshooting a little more difficult as there are so many more options to troubleshoot
