With a little adjustment to my needs, this is PERFECT!

Bought for a 20mm fan and didn't quite fit. I bought some 1/2" rubber washers from Lowe's in the plumbing department and attached them to the back of the fan so they fit perfectly. Initially I tried using mounting screws with rubber washers and the vibrating noise made me pull my hair out. With this installation I finally have peace of mind!
