I wanted so badly to love this stretcher for my TFT Chihuahua Max. It only weighs 5 pounds, but I weighed up to 10 pounds, which was right. More space, etc. The cable broke after 5 minutes on the first try! Then the strap kept slipping while walking. The plastic latch looks bent and can easily break when tampered with. I stopped, adjusted it and I'm a slim woman of average height. No size problem for all of us. Such a disappointment. Had to carry and carry Max back. I have fibromyalgia and several other health issues, this should have been my lifeline to be able to do more with Max. Great concept, maybe I caught the only faulty bag? It fell apart during our walk. The poor construction of such a beautiful bag just can't be an excuse. Maybe I have a used bag.
