5'6 235lbs I have a slight hourglass shape with a bit of a tummy but not really big. Im bottom heavy. I purchased a size 2x and it fit perfectly. This is maybe the 5th waist trainer I have purchased but only the 1st one I have actually used. Others have been either too small or too big and ALWAYS very uncomfortable. Theres absolutely no rolling up or down of the material and it is long so the coverage is complete.
