At first I ordered in a small thinking I would like it extra tight as my back has been hurting. But, I really needed the medium. The product is well made and I think it will work for correcting my posture while riding my bike, walking and exercising. I bought it for some back support, not training my waist. This is definitely a good waist trainer. I would not recommend just wearing it because that will only help shape you not reduce waist . Furthermore, this is definitely good for working out because you are going to feel the heat on your waist causing you to break a major sweat.

The two part zip and Velcro straps are perfect for cinching a waist. However, the vertical boning in the band is not properly integrated into the band and rips always causing it to eject itself losing its intent. With better construction this would be an awesome product for workouts.
