This waist trimmer fits true to size or a bit smaller
At first I ordered in a small thinking I would like it extra tight as my back has been hurting. But, I really needed the medium. The product is well made and I think it will work for correcting my posture while riding my bike, walking and exercising. I bought it for some back support, not training my waist. I don't believe anything can do that for you other than losing weight and exercising.
