It’s definitely a snug fit. I’m on the furthest clips on the inside and zipping this up is a real struggle. The double straps are good but man do they make this even tighter. I ordered a large and probably could’ve gotten an XL. I definitely won’t be working out in this right now because I’d probably pass out with how tight this is. It does it’s job on snatching everything in but it is tight. Also when I zip it the clasps on the inside kind of rub my stomach which makes it more uncomfortable FYI. Overal good but hopefully I can lose a little weight so it feels better and not so tight.
