I think the price of this resin is high as it is very cheap and you can get a lot of it. As with most resins, the smell is a bit overpowering - be sure to use in a well-ventilated area. Although it was a bit thinner than I'm used to, it cures very well under my UV lamp. I use a 48W gel polishing lamp. I have to apply multiple coats due to the thinness but it still works well. Once cured it is slightly tacky on top so I use rubbing alcohol to wipe the final finish a few hours after my final cure and this tacky layer wears off immediately leaving a smooth, shiny finish every time. There is no need to wipe off the sticky layer until you finish the last layer as I find that the stickiness helps each layer of your resin stick to itself better. Overall this is a good buy and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to work with resin.
