I have found colored glasses to be better than any drug and are INSTANTLY effective for stopping migraines, relieving computer eye strain and really improving my mood when I Having trouble dealing with anger, sadness, etc. The only reason I don't think this type of therapy is more famous is because it doesn't have big money for big drug companies.
