Ideal for shower caps and deep conditioning hair. The size is average but it fits me.
I wear these caps when I shower and when I do my deep conditioner. I like that they are compact so you can carry them in your purse for emergencies (it's raining outside and you don't have an umbrella, you're in a hotel without a shower cap, etc.). I think the size is right for me but if you wear big rollers all over your head I'm not sure if they will fit on the rollers. The hat says large but I think it's medium. It's slightly larger than the smaller ones I've used in the past.
