As someone who enjoys being outside, I was thrilled to learn about Kijaro Company and the variety of products they offer for outdoor activities like camping and trekking. Having said that, my overall experience with their online business left a lot to be desired. To begin, I found it difficult to navigate the website, and it was even more challenging to locate the particular products that I was looking for. The search function was unreliable and frequently provided results that were not pertinent to the query. When I finally did discover the products I was looking for, the process of placing an order was laborious and time consuming. The website gave the impression of being out of current and was not at all friendly to users. After I had initially placed my purchase, I was faced with a number of shipping delays. I am aware that delays are sometimes unavoidable; however, I was disappointed by Kijaro's lack of communication regarding the delays. I had no idea when my order would appear for several days because I was kept in the dark about its status. When it did eventually arrive, I was let down to discover that the product did not live up to the standards I had set for it. It was of poor construction and did not stand up well while I was camping because of this. To make matters even more frustrating, when I attempted to return the merchandise, I was met with an experience with customer service that was unhelpful and unsatisfactory. It was difficult to get in contact with anyone, and even when I did, I was greeted by staff members who showed no interest in my concerns and made no attempt to apologize. My time spent shopping at the Kijaro Company's internet store was, on the whole, a frustrating one. A bad flavor was left in my mouth as a result of the complicated website navigation, the lengthy shipping delays, the low product quality, and the unhelpful customer service. I will not be doing business with them again, nor will I ever recommend their services to anyone else.
