I bought these with the Halloween Flapper costume and it was the first time I've worn a heel since my knee surgery a year ago. They were pretty comfortable. It took me a few minutes to figure out the clasp which is a fake buckle. A real strap closure is actually a lot easier than a buckle once you understand how it works. Also, I was glad I used the sizing chart and measured the actual inches of my foot and the pair of shoes that fit me because I ordered a full size larger than I normally wear and they fit perfectly. (Usually wear a 7.5, bought an 8.5) I've had many compliments on these shoes.
