So these are support bras, I first tried them when I started breastfeeding and pumping so I got a hands free pumping bra. Well this works great for holding the pump in place. The problem with new breastfeeding moms is that the support bra is too tight to wear. Before your milk fully penetrates you need to wear a loose bra because tight bras will affect and reduce milk production, you will also feel pain and be very sensitive, and anything that is tight against your breasts will cause pain and discomfort. If you're breastfeeding now for at least 3 months with a solid supply, you won't be as sore and sensitive, your supply won't be compromised by wearing something with support, and you'll really appreciate how snug and flattering it is it is is these bras. I ordered some cheap pump/nursing bras in the first few months and have now re-ordered these sister bras as I am in month 4 of my breastfeeding journey and they are comfortable now and my stock is not running out because they are too tight.
