for $30 is a great deal. At $30, it's the perfect suburban light. at $30 it is VERY effective as a flashlight. It's heavier, bulkier, but LIGHT enough for my trail use. I also keep a headlight on my helmet when hitting the trails after dark. So keep in mind that I don't just rely on this light when driving. no movement or play on the bracket rods and the light snaps firmly into the bracket but I expect it will loosen over time with use. The click mechanism that rotates the light 360 degrees seems surprisingly strong, but I doubt its durability. I ride the trails near my house after dark a few times a year and this light has impressed me after 4 rides and honestly for the price if it's delayed this winter and won't come on again next year when I try, maybe I won't even get angry.
