My wife has wanted ThirstyStones for a long time but couldn't find one with graphics she liked. I gave this to her for her birthday. You are attractive; she liked her looks. But then she tested them with some water to see the magic happen. and it isn't. She just sprinkled them, there wasn't much water, but the water was just pearls and sat on it. After reading some reviews we found that many of the printed stones do not absorb moisture. We ended up going with another brand and they are really absorbent. If you want attractive, well made coasters these are great. But they can't be "thirsty".
