Excellent quality for the price. We've had it since St Patrick's Day 2018 and it still looks great despite living in it for practically 2 months. (I did NOT machine wash it). The foil does not peel off. The raw edges are a bit rough after only wearing it once, but that's to be expected for a soft tulle with no hem. (I make tutus and this happens with ALL tutus that aren't as stiff as crinoline/mesh tulle). At first it smelled pretty disgusting. Like melted plastic. But the smell went away after a few days unless you applied it directly to your face. The smell is completely gone after a few weeks. If you decide to buy one, make sure you have enough time to air it out for a few days before use, or time to wash and air dry your hands to get rid of the smell. For this reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's also EXTREMELY stretchy. This is perfect for my then 4 year old, but would also easily fit my 12 and 13 year old sisters. I'll update the photos, maybe by Christmas. By that time, Little will likely wear it again.
