For the money these speakers work fine. They have good mid and high frequency clarity. Compared to the similarly priced Acoustic Audio AA321, the TS30 beats it. The AA321 is much easier to control and plays much louder. Not that you'd expect decent bass from either pair, but the AA321 outperforms the TS30 on a lower level. The AA321's driver also looks better, with a rubber surround versus the TS30's foam surround. The standout feature of the TS30 is the included mounting bracket, a better design than the AA321 mounting system. If I didn't already have the AA321, the TS30 would be good enough. These speakers and the AA321 should work great as overhead speakers, but not much more on their own.
