Heavy, functional, unreliable except for a poor screen protector

So far I like this case although it's very bulky and heavy and wish they had more color options. I didn't like any of them so I went with the main black. It has all the features I wanted most, especially the handle, hanging strap and kickstand. Everything works fine after the test. There is a short clip-on strap (see full length photo - will not stretch any further.) in addition to a long strap (not shown in photo). The kit contained two front panels, one with protective film, the other without. This seems unnecessary as the screen protector is of very poor quality and can be easily removed from one bezel without the need for a second bezel. The photos show the guard is blue and barely attached to the front panel - just hanging from the top of the panel, not sealed on all sides. The protective film is very thick and has a white sticker on the back that I cannot remove. I don't understand why anyone would want to use this screen protector. So if a screen protector is important to you, you should buy it separately or get a different case. These photos do not show the included long shoulder strap. I don't plan on using it often, so I didn't install it. You have to remove the body to install it according to the instructions, which leads me to state that the instructions are also poorly followed. Very small circuits and useless. For example, the screen protector says "Please peel off the blue screen protector from the surface inside the screen protector." Except that the peeling film (it was almost peeled off in the box when I opened it) is transparent and the protective film itself is blue (see picture). It didn't seem intuitive, so I tried many times to see if there was another layer to remove, but there wasn't. The sticker doesn't peel off like some other screen protectors I've had in the past. Maybe mine is broken? Overall, the rest of the case makes a solid impression. At $20 it might be a bit overpriced, especially with a defective screen protector, but I tend to keep it to myself. If I do I will update how it holds up after longer use.
