So I feel compelled to give a very honest report of my experience with this chair. ADVANTAGES: - The chair is very aesthetic. Pink - lovely light coral with white faux leather accent - chair itself looks and feels expensive, it doesn't look or feel cheap - neck and lumbar support pillows are a great addition - chair rotates, rolls and rotates very gently – Nice wide seats. I'm a tall girl with wide hips and was concerned about the bucket seat but it's comfortable for me CONS: - The chair tilts forward. I adjusted the incline knob under the seat and it helped a lot, but there is still a slight incline that gives me the feeling of balancing to stay. I think my chair is broken. - I couldn't recline the seat. . After taking the chair apart twice, I finally realized that to recline the chair you have to slide it forward and then back to recline the chair. The chairman was not accompanied by instructions, which made me very confused and upset. It wasn't difficult to put together, but the instructions would have helped me a lot once I figured out how to adjust the seats and recline functions. GENERAL: I am NOT happy with my chair. Very cumbersome to use, especially for office work or gaming.
