Great quality and adjustable waistband!
Just received in the mail will update if review changes but I am so happy with this purchase! This is a gorgeous puff skirt with lining, 2 layers of very soft tulle and all the drop is adjustable elastic with buttonhole! if you need (grow room). However, I ordered xs for my girlfriend who is comfortable in 9mos pants and can wear them for a while. I've included a picture of a pair of Carters (9 months) under the skirt so you can see the belt comparison.
