Poor quality good for a cold weather coat

I have bought 2 of these in the last 4 years and they both had very cheap zips which were starting to separate from the fabric. The first one was so bad I just cut open the zipper and started zipping it up. The newest one did the same after a few months of use and I had to sew it up. Now it spreads in another place, and it also needs stitching there. The worst is the way the zipper is made. You will need to sew through the loops of the zipper as it is not attached to any trim. For the price, this product should be better made!
