I love this product it fits my head and face very well unlike anything I have ever used to shave. It can be used wet or dry as directed, but works best when wet. My only disappointment is that the back of one of the outer blades broke after about 10 shaves. (See photo) causing the center blade to fall out when using the razor. I wish this happened before the return deadline because I would definitely return it. Though I'm about to buy a new head, a trifle compared to the usefulness of a razor. Finally, I would like to say how impressed I am with the battery life, it can shave for up to 5 days before needing a charge. ✅
