My only complaint is that the rubber hurts in my ears after a while, I still only wear one when speaking/playing. I will say that I already have sensitive ears, so don't let that confuse you. Very convenient for listening to in-game audio/phone calls. Works perfectly. While you can easily get confused, this helped a lot. Looks just like the photo, love that there is a mute switch on the controls!
