I think Alexa and/or Smartthings have changed how it works because it won't connect to either. Your instructions just state how to connect it to Alexa, which should magically recognize it. Alexa actually requires you to have an eWelink account. But even on their website, there is no in-box guide explaining how to connect this device to their own app. They can't even provide simple instructions on how to put it in pairing mode on their website? garbage
