Great product, simple, light, works great.

Tried this on a whim as the cost was low. I have a lot of smart home technology in my house and this was the easiest setup of anything I have. As soon as I fully inserted the plug, Alexa said the device was recognized. The same with my Smart Things Hub, I found it straight away. Will buy more, too economical and too easy not to use compared to other competitors.

They work! And easy to set up with Hubitat

Very easy to set up and use with our Hubitat lift system. Both worked for me within 10 minutes. They are small enough not to take up too much space in a regular wall outlet and "new" extension cords with little extra spacing between outlets. I'm sure I'll be buying more of these as my wife loves little plug in lamps, salt. rocks, fountains, etc., and these plugs make management easy and not too expensive.

Unable to connect to anything

I think Alexa and/or Smartthings have changed how it works because it won't connect to either. Your instructions just state how to connect it to Alexa, which should magically recognize it. Alexa actually requires you to have an eWelink account. But even on their website, there is no in-box guide explaining how to connect this device to their own app. They can't even provide simple instructions on how to put it in pairing mode on their website? garbage
