This was my first 3D printer and I'm very glad I chose it first before also buying the Ender 3 Pro. Let's get to the pros first: Very easy assembly by watching the company's YouTube channel instead of the admittedly very outdated written instructions. I built it in maybe an hour and didn't have to rebuild or rebuild anything after I built it. Overall the prints are of decent quality and it's a solid overall well built machine and once the print has gotten through the first few layers I've never had a failed print. The supports stick too well at this point, but they come loose with a little extra sanding and eventually I think I'll nail it exactly how my settings should be set. Cons: Its bed is really hard to clean and the imprints are either almost impossible to remove without scraping the strip off it or they don't stick at all and that kills the imprint, there is nothing between them. I switched to a glass bed and this problem was minimized. In addition, the removable bed is not magnetic, it is held in place by clips. That's fine with me, but just so you know. Printing TPU on this complex beast that required me to print a new extruder part and took forever to recalibrate the extruder and everything for PLA. Actually, the extruder itself isn't fantastic as I have to really push it to get the filament through when I start a new print, but it works great going through the Bowden tube with no issues. Instead, I just bought a new metal extruder, so I hope the problem goes away. Tips: It tends to under-extrude the filament, but simply increasing the temperature from 200 to 210-215 with PLA solved this problem and I haven't had any problems since. My supports and items snag too much, so for a bed support I usually use an edge rather than a full raft as the raft tends to stick firmly to the bottom of the print rather than being removed easily. Make sure your bed is pushed all the way back, it will drive the motor crazy if it moves forward before it reaches the set distance. Overall I really like the car and have made some killer cosplay props with it!
