Igel has helped us manage our endpoints in an efficient manner, as well as ensure that we are compliant with regulatory requirements such as GDPR. The support team at igel have been very helpful when it comes to solving issues or questions relating to their product. They also provide excellent training for new employees who join the organisation. It would be great if they could add more features into the product which can help automate some of tasks. We use Igel to centralise all our endpoint devices into one place so that IT staff do not need to spend time managing them individually. This helps reduce downtime caused by lost/broken devices.
