I ordered these because I'm trying to reduce unnecessary plastic waste. To my surprise, they also helped my tooth and gum sensitivity! Since my pregnancy, my gums have become so sensitive that I have only been able to use Tom's Rapid Relief toothpaste and have had to brush my teeth as lightly as possible to avoid electrical flare-ups in my jaw. I was thinking of alternating Rapid Relief and these pills. But the pills did not bother, and now, after a month of exclusive use, the sensitivity is gone! So maybe there was something in all those toothpastes in paste form that was causing the sensitivity? I don't know, I just know that they work for me and I can brush my teeth normally again. I use these tablets with a bamboo toothbrush, silk floss, and occasionally activated charcoal toothpowder to remove coffee stains. Completely happy!
