Double end smaller than single

I am taking oxygen and am changing from a nasal cannula to a bipap so I wanted to use it with oxygen tubing to avoid having to switch connections my Oxygen Condenser Dual end is 0.1cm smaller than a sealed connection to a standard O2 hose.
