Recently received a 2019 13.3" MBP with Touch Bar. At first I really didn't like the idea of getting adapters and such to do basic stuff with such an expensive laptop but it's pretty handy to be able to carry around something that can give me so much functionality.I used to carry a USB hub and a network adapter with me, but now all I have to do is take that adapter with me.And when I'm correctly, it costs less than the old lightning 2 network adapter I had.You can also plug a USB hub into one of the USB ports, I don't know why not, but I use it to connect a keyboard and a Mouse to connect (will soon be replaced by a touchpad) Very happy with this adapter, it's the only USB-C adapter I've used.
