The decals are very difficult to remove and the mount leaves marks

The mount/stand adheres perfectly to the mirror but if you don't put the decal magnets on it it will crooked. If you are about to remove the mount/stand from the mirror it will leave marks that you will need to wipe off. Magnetic stickers do this to keep your phone more securely attached to the mount/stand, but they are very difficult to remove. I ended up having to use dental floss and stick it under the sticker to try and get it off.
