LOVE the cases they come in 2 different colors so I can change them up. The touchscreen responds perfectly. I read other reviews so I knew there was a clear film on the inside of the lid (the one on the outside was obvious) but it was VERY difficult to remove the inner film. The inner liner has a sticky label that said "Please remove this mask before application" so I gently tugged on the sticky label - the liner did NOT come off with the label. As suggested in another review, I tried a piece of clear tape and made several attempts. Stick the tape so that there is enough margin on the edge of the inside of the lid. Smooth out the tape with your fingernail so it sticks well. GENTLY pull the end of the strap. I was delighted when I saw the film come up! Also from reviews and product descriptions - Allow for water to get under the cover when you swim, shower or wash your hands.
