Firstly the description of these glasses is misleading. This isn't true blue light blocking, it's blue light filtering. The amount of blue light that these glasses filter is extremely low. Basically, they just give everything a slight yellow tinge. Needless to say I was very skeptical and sent them back almost immediately. I gave up and decided to go ahead and try them for a week. I have to admit that while the amount of light these glasses filter is almost negligible, they do make a difference (especially against a white background). After 3-4 days I noticed that the strain on my eyes decreased significantly at the end of the day and I was also able to fall asleep faster. My only real complaint about glasses is that they attract dust and get dirty very easily. . I have to use the microfiber cloth (included) more often than I would like. For this reason I could not give this 5 stars. Still, I would recommend these glasses to anyone who works on the computer for most of the day. Your eyes will definitely thank you.
