I was able to receive this product a day after I placed my order. I had to cancel another product that didn't ship a week after I placed my order. Thanks to the shipping department! Many people struggle with these inexpensive tools breaking after just one or two uses. This product appears to be heavier than others of similar price. Make sure the chain is secure in the jaws before turning the pin. The pin is the weakest link in the entire mechanism, so be kind to it. I used a grinder to grind the rivet heads and they came out pretty easily. Installing a new chain was a simple task and the tool came with the correct clamp plates for a 525 motorcycle chain. I don't see it breaking but I only had to use it once.
