Exceeded expectations!
I was a bit tired at first but turns out I love this bag so much! There are so many practical pockets and so much space. When I need to get something out of my bag too quickly, I just carry it on my shoulder and turn it around so the zipper is facing out and then accessing your belongings becomes very easy! SO MUCH SPACE again. Feels good and hasn't shown any signs of wear in the last few months that I've been using it!
