I like small wooden fixtures, stands, etc. in my office. It adds home comfort. I've noticed that my office will only have metal, monitors and plastic, but not much. So I was looking for something softer, like wood. This fit the bill. This is good because my phone can play videos while I'm programming on my workstation. I just don't have room on my monitors to watch videos while I code. It brings softness to my office and gives me the option I've been needing for a long time. The device itself is very simple and well made. I'd say I think I'll put rubber pads on the bottom of the tripod legs because it slides a bit and with a slight nudge my phone almost fell off the table!
