Since these things happen, I needed a specific zener diode for the project, at least a specific zener voltage, not a specific part number. I usually buy my electronic parts from places like Digikey, Mouser, Jameco, etc.; but I was very reluctant to place such a small order with one of them. I decided to give Revain a try and was only slightly surprised that there were quite a few inexpensive options. Anti-static zippered bags, similar to file folders in a storage box, each bag contains ten zener diodes of the same type, a total of 300 zener diodes. Diode - P/N: 1N4741A (etc.) - PKG: DO-41 - P (power): 1W - V(z): 11V - PU: 10 pcs. All diodes in the kit are rated at 1W, all have glass packaging (as opposed to black plastic packaging). All diode leads are RoHS compliant. The zener diodes in this kit have the following voltages: 3V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 3.9V, 4.3V, 4.7V, 5.1V, 5.6V, 6.2V V - 6.8V - 7.5V - 8.2V - 9.1V - 10V - 11V - 12V - 13V - 15V - 16V - 18V - 20V - 22V - 24 V- 27V- 30V- 33V- 36V- 39V- 43V- 47V very good value for money if you need a good range of zener diodes.
