Parts were missing from the first box and even had parts in a different color than pictured. The colors were supposed to be Pale Pink, Pale Blue, Pale Purple and Pale Yellow... but instead both boxes came with 4 squares and 4 triangles in bright "Generation 1" colors. My guess is that they have too many left over from the first generation and have decided to put them in "second generation" boxes... very doubtful! I emailed customer service and they said the colors are for reference only, the colors received will be random. Well between the two boxes they were exactly the same with the same number of "1st Gen" parts which they link to in the product images. The client's representative blatantly lied. Second, you can't say the images are for reference if you only show the colors you show for your product, and you explicitly state in an image which colors are "1st Gen" and which are "2nd Gen". Generation" are. Gen. Well, to conform to the advertisement, I swapped out the wrong generation parts for the correct ones between the two boxes. It's not my job to fix her mistake, but my son was waiting to play with it. Customer service failed! Buy elsewhere. There are other sellers who really care.
