I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.
After cleaning the machine with a nespresso remover, the cappuccinatore stopped working. I'm waiting for a warranty inspection, they said the repair can take up to 45 business days. Worked for 10 months, maybe would have continued to work if it were not for the nespresso cleaner. If you have not used Nespresso capsules in the last 6 months, during warranty service, you will not receive a replacement machine.
