Better than a jar
I used to use a jar of soap and water to clean my brushes. Eventually I realized they don't really clean my brushes and I end up leaving them there for too long so I went with this set, it looked exactly what I needed. it had a divided basin for water, soap, turpentine or other solvents, and places for drying brushes; You just stick the brush in the hole on the side and let it dry, and it also has a color palette with a top so you can keep your color fresh and moist for future use.
