Bad product, not worth the money.

The SYSTEM process started loading the processor after only six months of use, rendering further work unfeasible. In most cases, the technical support team will advise you to reinstall Windows, update your drivers, and restore your computer to its factory settings. I had a long battle with the device before finally resetting it to factory settings and delivering only LibreOffice, GIMP, and avast! from the program. This issue still persists. The broken parts of the system were the reason for the payment. As a customer, I was hoping for better service from a corporation of this size. There are no issues, however my wife needs to learn a new operating system, office software, and image editing program.
