Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

Everything that is written about the rash, the smell of the whole apartment and side effects is nonsense (although it may just be that people are allergic to some components, but they did not bother to look at the composition).
Generally good vitamins. I did not feel any particular effect, but this product is not a pill for all diseases. As an addition to a sports lifestyle - perfect.

Pros

Nice packaging, good composition, convenient lid.

Cons

1) Yes, it smells like dog food, but firstly, not like they say in many comments, that you can feel it all over the apartment and even through the lid - a lie. The smell is quite tolerable, you quickly get used to it. And yes, it's not candy. 2) A rather high concentration of certain vitamins, due to which urine sometimes acquires a nuclear color. Although, maybe this is not a disadvantage, but simply a consequence. 3) Pretty big pill, hard to swallow 4) They say that you need to use one tablet, not two, as it says on the package.
