Review on MANIC PANIC Blue Moon Classic by Weston Metzger

I'm a fan of joico colors. Manic panic and any other color never comes to my mind, I want my joico color or bust. It just works for me and never fails - but due to the pandemic, Joico color is in short supply and I couldn't find the blue color I wanted. So I was forced to use Manic and I don't really regret it. I used half a can of Blue Moon diluted with 3/4 of the conditioner to get the look I got and let it sit for about three hours. . I admit it's very light, my hair doesn't seem as weird as other colors (when I look at it) and doesn't bleed too much. It's not as bright as Joico, though, so I miss the extra sparkle that Joico has. It also still visibly bleeds a lot more than my favorite color and my pillow is pretty miserable after sleeping on it for the last week despite dry hair. Joico when they fill up.
