About 1 and 1/2 sizes small
My usual size is L and I bought XL because I noticed that others recommend going up a size. Even the XL is tight. Shoulder width is approximately 3-4" narrower than the Large Haggar Polo. 2 sizes up is recommended. The pocket is a bit small for a pen.
