This bra is awful, thank god I train at home so I can break my HIIT workouts to rip it off and just two Walmart sports bras to attract. . I tried it on at first and thought it might be used once I got the hang of it, but I've just spent $50 on a bra that's too big in the band and too small in the cups. 34DD or 36D but the strap had to come loose at even the tightest of tension and my girls were able to stay in the cups unless the shoulder was pulled so hard it chafed my armpits during exercise. So many problems in just a few minutes of my training just don't work. We look forward to the day when there will be more bra styles ranging from small, small, medium, medium, etc. because not all of us have brands that come close to our cup size.
