I would recommend this product if the above improvements were made.
This case would have been better if it came together without the top attached to the bottom. You want your baseball to stay attached, instead this top comes off simply by hitting it, a child can easily remove the top and mishandle or stain the ball. The ball itself is not fixed very well in the holder, if you tilt the holder slightly, the ball rolls. If you are looking for something to prevent access to the ball this is not it.
