My husband is 6'7" and I ordered an XL for him, fully expecting the sleeves to be too short or the chest and/or neck to be tight even by ordering up a size to be safe. Not the case! He wore this to a wedding with the sleeves cuffed to show the color, and he loved the way it felt! He noted it didn't seem like there was a lot of stretch to it, and he was a little dismayed by stray threads on the cuffs that needed to be trimmed prior to wearing it, but that aside he was very happy with it! Given that this is a slimmer fit, if the individual in question has a little bit more in the front, they might have a problem with this shirt. However, if the person is largely flatter/smaller in front, you'll have an easier time. A worthwhile shirt. give it a try!
